QFM65/33-800型双挤出机双模头覆膜机组介绍

QFM65/33-800型双挤出机双模头覆膜机组是我公司参照国内外同类型机组而设计制造的较先进的覆膜设备。本机组采用双主机、双模头、双复合辊结构，以聚乙烯或聚丙烯为原料，经挤塑成型与多种基材如塑料编织布、布料、纸类、金属箔等基材在一个生产流程中完成双面覆膜，特别适用于塑料编织圆筒布为基材，与BOPP彩膜经挤出复合制作单面或双面彩膜复合塑料编织袋。与单主机、单模头塑料覆膜机组相比，本机组在一次生产流程中即完成基材的双面覆膜，能提高生产销率一倍，减少能耗，节省劳力，并且减少了生产废次品率，提高了产品质量。

Dual main machine extruding and film laninating unit QFM65/33-800 is mach advanced unit,which is redesigned and manufactured by us with extensive reference of domestic import same kind of unit,and is initiated in the domestic country.The unit is provided with dual main machine head,and dual laminating roller structure.Taking the extruded PE or PP as the raw material,the unit laminates it with different substrates such as plastic weaving cloth,cloth,paper and foil to complete dual-face film laminating in a production flow.The unit especially is suitable to take the plastic weaving cylinder cloth as the substrate and laminate with BOPP color film to make single-face or dual-face color film composite plastic weaving bag.Comparing with film laminating unit of single-main machine,single die head,the unit can complete dual-face film laminating in a production flow,so it can improve production efficiency,reduce energy consumption,and reduce the possibility of producing waste product,and provide guarantee effect for product quality.
